Morfin Corp respects the rights to intellectual property for all parties.
Morfin Corp. uses valuable intellectual property rights. We will protect our Trademark and Biomimetics Bio-Inspired patented innovations to the full limit of the law.
In each case, we reserve the right to file federal law suits against manufacturers and distributors who infringe on this intellectual property attempting to sell products similar to ours.
A court order to stop the sale of the infringing product may be sought, and we may pursue substantial monetary damages (these can net three times our lost profits as available by law), along with attorney fees and other legal costs incurred in protecting our property.
As with any property rights, we hope that respect will be practiced by all parties concerned. But as with any valuable property, we reserve the right to protect it with all of the rights permitted to us by law.
