Tail fins that vector water flow into thrust. By their delta wing shapes, the tail fins in nature and on our products pull water into a vector to reduce drag from trailing vortices. Tail fins that create excellent lift without work. Our tail fins sail through the water because of their shapes. They cause the water to flow like the air flows over the sails of a sailboat. It produces lift which powers the boat and likewise our fins. Multiple hydrofoils using serial amplification of the flow of water work like multiple sails on a boat. The Genoa sail on a boat (like the blade of our fins) channels water over the main sail (like our tail fins) to create an amplification of the speed of the air (of the water in the case of our fins). This enhance performance without adding effort. Relief jet allows you to walk forward in the water and to step on our blade and tail fin as necessary. The relief jet cause the blade to hinge (a living hinge) at the ball of your foot. This makes using our fins easier in the water and out of the water because you can walk easier with them on land too. With the hinge closer to your foot, the effort needed to correctly bend the fin is substantially reduced. It creates unexpected ease in using our fins. Footpocket adaptation for increased comfort. We have released your toes with our open-toed VT-300 fins and allowed your toes to move more freely with our Delfins. With the instep of the footpocket being as thin as possible, it makes the footpocket easy on your foot, and the forward drain hole releases tension on your toes too. Dual "power stroke" kicking design that allows you to power with every movement of our fins. You can even use our fins using only one fin. Because the fins work all the time, you are powered continuously even with only one fin. Other fins cause you to turn like using a paddle on one side of the canoe and not the other. Our fins power you full time in the water for complete control. Maneuver through the water with greater ease and control. You simply have to point your heels in the direction that you want to turn and the fins do the rest. In extremely tight environments, you can use your ankle and toes to turn within your body's footprint. You can't turn easier or tighter than with our fins. |
